<p>Fat thighs is one of the major problem that people have regarding their physiques especially women.<br />
Naturally, our body tends to store body fat in these few favorite areas, like the triceps, butt, back and of course, the thighs. Here are some tips that you can follow to reduce those troubled thighs and tone them up so that is beachwear ready by vacation time or by the summer.<br />
<span id="more-584"></span><br />
<strong>Lose thigh fat tip 1</strong></p>
<p>There is no such thing as spot reduction. You have to get on a weight loss program that consists of sound</p>
<p>weight training, cardio training and a well-planned diet to reduce your overall body fat.</p>
<p>Make sure you measure your current body fat now and also the girth size of your thighs. Then, set</p>
<p>reasonable goals and aim to lose 1 pound of body fat a week. By reducing your body fat to a range of 20%</p>
<p>to 27% percent body fat, your thighs will be smaller as your overall body fat goes down.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 2</strong></p>
<p>It is during your cardio session that your body actually burns loads of fat. Remember, you have to exercise</p>
<p>in order to lose healthy weight. Do not try to starve your self, as this will only set yourself to failure.</p>
<p>The stepper is an excellent choice to lose thigh fat. The stepper engages the butt muscles the most and</p>
<p>because the glutes is the largest muscle group in the body, it can burn up the most calories compared to</p>
<p>the other cardio machines.</p>
<p>The elliptical trainer is also another excellent choice but the only thing is that you have to use it the reverse</p>
<p>way. Most elliptical machines allows movements forward and backwards, and by moving it back wards,</p>
<p>you engage the hamstrings which is the muscles at the back of you thighs instead of the front ones which</p>
<p>the quadriceps.</p>
<p>The hamstrings and the butt is the most troubled areas among females and thigh fat tend to store there.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 3</strong></p>
<p>While doing cardio, especially the beginners, try not to over exert in the first few months. Stick to a heart</p>
<p>rate of 60-70 % of your maximum heart rate. Why? This is because if your are just beginning to exercise</p>
<p>and your train at a high intensity level, your body will tend to use sugar and protein as its energy sources</p>
<p>instead of fats from the fat cells.</p>
<p>Only when you get fitter, around after 3 months of regular exercise, go all out and exercise at a high</p>
<p>intensity level. Your body will be conditioned by then and will use fats from the fat cells.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 4</strong></p>
<p>Never avoid weight training if you want a well toned and sculpted thighs . The lower body has the largest</p>
<p>muscle groups and these muscles when developed can contribute major elevated metabolism benefits.</p>
<p>With weight training and increased muscle in the thighs, you are able to burn more calories while running</p>
<p>and have more power to run faster and longer. This way, you can burn so much more calories compared</p>
<p>to individuals who do not train their legs. Not to mention the extra calories burned during resting because</p>
<p>of the elevated resting metabolic rate.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 5</strong></p>
<p>In your weight-training program, make sure you cover all the muscles in the thighs to avoid muscular injury</p>
<p>due to muscular imbalance. An overall strengthening program in the thighs also will really shape up your</p>
<p>thighs for that lean sculpted look!</p>
<p>For quads, perform barbell squats and leg presses. Finish of with leg extension machines.</p>
<p>For hamstrings, the muscle behind you thighs, perform hamstring curls on the seated leg curl machine or</p>
<p>lying down leg curl machine. Here is a damn important tip, while doing hamstring curls, point your toes</p>
<p>downwards, this way you fully engage your hamstrings!</p>
<p>For the outside of your thighs, perform thigh abduction with the seated abductor machine. Do not; I repeat</p>
<p>do not go too heavy on this exercise.</p>
<p>For the inner thighs, firm the inner thighs with seated adductor machine or perform squats by holding a</p>
<p>dumbbell with both hands in the middle and feet pointing 45 degrees outwards.</p>
<p>To make heads turn on high heels, perform calve raises. Stand on the edge of a platform or anything that</p>
<p>is elevated like a stairs, and tip toe, flexing the calf and go all the way down for a good stretch. Perform 20</p>
<p>to 25 reps on this exercise.</p>
<p>Except for the calves, perform 3 sets of each and complete above 12 reps not more than 20 reps. If you</p>
<p>pass 20 reps, add in more weight because its not beneficial anymore. Do not worry on to bulky, for female,</p>
<p>you cannot bulk up due to the natural lack of testosterone, but for male, stick to 20 reps.</p>
<p><strong>Lose fat tip 6</strong></p>
<p>All the cardio and exercises you do will not produce results if you have the proper eating plan to create a calorie</p>
<p>deficit. You need to burn 3500 calories to dump 1 pound of body fat. Get a well-planed diet so you do not</p>
<p>deprive your self of food and stick to the weight loss program.</p>
<p>There is only on diet that I truly recommend that is the South Beach Diet. They also have online support,</p>
<p>which I think its absolute crucial and effective to help you reach you fitness goals.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 7</strong></p>
<p>Try using <a  href="http://albertabootcamp.getprograde.com/" target="_blank">weight loss supplements  and natural weight loss supplements </a>to help you lose</p>
<p>thigh fat. They are proven to help you accelerate your fat loss. These supplements help you raise your</p>
<p>metabolic rate and reduce your caloric intake making your fat loss efforts easier.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 8</strong></p>
<p>High reps &#8211; Med &#8211; Low weights. Try doing a lot of reps with med to low weight to sculpts your thighs and burn body fat.</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 9</strong></p>
<p>Do lots of stretching! The more range of motion you muscle can move, the more you can exercise it!</p>
<p><strong>Lose thigh fat tip 10</strong></p>
<p>Have faith! Exercise and never give up. One you gave up and lose momentum in exercising, you lose the</p>
<p>war! Keep coming back for more tips and keep yourself motivated by mixing with highly motivated</p>
<p>individuals that pulls you up not push you down!</p>

<p>Unfortunately, we often resort to binge eating and &#039;comfort foods&#039; during times of stress, which of course puts on the pounds and creates even more stress! &#034;I bought what size wedding dress?!?!?&#034;</p>
<p>Approximately 7 out of every 10 brides crash <a  id="KonaLink0" style="text-decoration: underline ! important; position: static;" href="https://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html" target="_blank"><span style="color: #009900 ! important; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: static;"><span class="kLink" style="color: #009900 ! important; font-family: Verdana,Arial,sans-serif; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: static;">diet</span></span></a> or starve prior to their wedding date . Real health and fitness experts will tell you that crash diets and starvation diets are the worst thing we can do! &#034;If you crash-diet, you run the risk of comprising your health &#8230; so that your hair, skin, nails don&#039;t look good for your big day or in the wedding pictures. <p>So what&#039;s a blushing bride to do if she has only six weeks until her wedding, and the stress is building up faster than the potluck table at church? There is hope&#8230;..</p>
<p>First of all, <a  href="https://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html" target="_blank">start exercising now</a>. It&#039;s crunch time, and while the old 30-minutes per day, 3 times per week may work for the general public it&#039;s probably not enough for the bride. Shoot for 30-minutes per day, six days per week. Be sure to include both cardio and resistance training so you&#039;ll get some muscle tone while you&#039;re burning fat.</p>
<p>Second, banish all high-fat junk food from the house. Be strong! You can do this! No Twinkies, no bacon, no chocolate cream pie. Eat plenty of lean protein (skinless chicken breast, fish, etc.) and absolutely pig out on fresh vegetables! <span style="color: #000000;"><span class="kLink" style="text-decoration: underline ! important; position: static;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: static;"><span class="kLink" style="font-family: Verdana,Arial,sans-serif; font-weight: 400; font-size: 12px; position: static;">Drink</span></span></span></span> plenty of water, and in all cases avoid the empty calories found in soda, alcohol and that sweet kids juice.</p>
<p>Finally, be wary of the weight-loss &#039;tricks&#039; that you&#039;ll hear from your girlfriends. There is no magic pill that will make you a size 6 by the wedding, so don&#039;t experiment. Don&#039;t starve yourself because that will make you grumpy, make you retain fat, eliminate muscle tone, and set you up for failure. Don&#039;t listen to the gossip about the newest &#039;cabbage diet&#039; or &#039;grapefruit diet&#039; or &#039;Hollywood diet&#039;. Instead, stick with a balanced diet and exercise&#8230;..this is the only proven way to lose fat and look your best.</p>
<p>Two more bits of advice for the bride: Eat breakfast the morning of your wedding day &#8211; 8 out of every 10 brides don&#039;t eat breakfast  which will only make you miserable and weak during the reception! Most importantly, remember that he knew exactly what you looked like when he proposed to you, and he still proposed! He loves you the way you are, and all these fears about size and weight are unfounded anyway!</p>

<p>North American brides and grooms-to-be have engaged in boot camp-style training, flocking to &#034;bridal boot camps&#034; to ensure that the only thing bulging when they don that dream dress is their biceps. They are realizing that the military style boot camps of 5 or 6 years agao have been replaced by a new style <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">Bridal Boot Camp</a>.<br />
&#034;No one is yelling at you or making you feel bad about yourself. Its motivational and inspirational&#034; says Allan Fine creator of <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">Bridal party Boot Camp</a> in Canada. A new kind of boot camp program for today&#039;s bride and grooms.<span id="more-246"></span></p>
<p>Those new Valentine brides and grooms-to-be can now join the troops if they wish because Allan Fine just opened another a <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">bridal boot camp in Calgary</a>, a new fitness special boot-camp packages for brides, grooms and members of the wedding party.</p>
<p>In a society obsessed with body image, women can feel particularly pressured to look perfect on their wedding day, when all eyes are on the bride.</p>
<p>And so, weddings and weight loss are a match made in heaven for many fitness trainers, particularly Allan Fine of Calgary, who came up with the concept of <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">bridal party boot camps</a> as a healthy way for brides and grooms to slim down and fit that gown.<br />
&#034; Almost all bridal boot camps forget or leave out the groom. He needs to get rid of that belly and slim down as well, it&#039;s his wedding day to.&#034; </p>
<p>The brides and grooms -to-be may be the ones who do the ordering at flower shops and boutiques, but at boot camp it&#039;s a different story.</p>
<p>&#034;Every recruit who signs up is given their t-shirt and water bottle,&#034; Fine says.</p>
<p>Then, unlike military bot camps where someones yelling at you making you feel like your 2 inches tall and the drill sergeants get in your face. As soon as you walk in, it&#039;s &#039;Drop down and give me 10 push-ups&#039;, we explain to you what is going to happen. Bu make no mistake says Fine &#034;We will push you harder than you have ever been pushed before!&#034; You will be sore for the first 2 weeks promises Fine.</p>
<p>The brides and grooms have to lift weights until their muscle scream, do sit ups and leg raises to make their bellies flat. Each grueling session lasts an hour and there are three or five sessions a week for up to four months.</p>
<p>If anyone lags behind, they get &#034;told to pick up the pace.&#034; But Fine says brides are the most motivated people she trains.</p>
<p>&#034;Everyone knows that a wedding is about two things: the bride and her dress. Everyone wants to see how beautiful the bride looks. The bride has so much pressure to look beautiful on her wedding day, she&#039;ll do anything it takes to look fabulous.&#034;</p>
<p>Tanya signed up for Fines boot camp six months before she was due to get married in 2008.</p>
<p>Although she says her husband has always loved her regardless of her size, Tanya wanted to look &#034;perfect&#034; walking down the aisle. </p>
<p>At first Boot camp was really hard but when she started seeing results, she became more dedicated. She not only stopped canceling sessions, she began hitting the treadmill and using an exercise bike several times a week on her own. She also changed her diet and started taking vitamins and supplements.</p>
<p>When her wedding day arrived, <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">Tanya</a> had dropped from more than 30 lbs of fat . The dress that was originally too small for her had to be taken in to fit her slender new frame.</p>
<p>&#034;Everyone said I looked great. Some people I hadn&#039;t seen in six months, and they were in shock.&#034;</p>
<p>Fine has expanded the <a  href="http://www.fitnessbootcampscanada.com/bridal.html">bridal party boot camp</a> concept to include grooms and members of the wedding party, but he says future brides in particular tend to be concerned about how they will look on the big day.</p>
<p>&#034;It&#039;s special for the bride. When it comes down to it, the lady getting married will do anything to look great on that day. What better way than to get in shape?&#034;</p>
<p>&#034;We thought it would be a good idea to have a residential boot camp specifically for brides, because they all want to drop a dress size before the wedding or at least drop a few pounds,&#034; Fine says.</p>
<p>Along with fitness training and nutritional advice, Fine  boot camp will also include &#034;lots of pampering,&#034; like skin rejuvenation and teeth whitening.</p>
<p>But Fine promises the exercise regime will be &#034;intense&#034; and brides will receive follow-up diet and fitness advice when the three days are up. Most boot-camp brides don&#039;t get facials between workouts, but they are reaping other rewards.</p>
<p>Wedding planning can be stressful, and Tany and Darcy both note that the training sessions are a great way to blow off steam. And many brides are inspired to continue, even after they&#039;ve hung up their gowns.</p>
