Allan H. Fine is Certified
Life Coach and a NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers)
trainer. Allan Teaches the 530 am Bowness/Mount Pleasant
location 5 days a week and the Crestmont / Valley Ridge
3 days a week. Allan is the boot camp program designer and
has been a certified personal trainer for over 22 years
now. Allan’s philosophy is simple– "The
Mind and Body are connected, they both have to work well
and together to achieve success" Quality, not Quantity
is important and intensity versus duration. For Fitness
he is a firm believer in body composition testing to ensure
quick and ongoing results. Allan brings He brings over Twenty
Two years of experience in the health and fitness industry
and a passion for helping others pursue and achieve their
goals while effectively leading them.
