How do I sign up now?
Go to the registration
page and fill out the registration form. After
filling out the registration form, please follow the payment
instructions. We accept cash, paypal or you can pay via credit
card online. Once we've received your registration information,
we'll contact you to schedule your evaluation.

| What is the Evaluation? |
| Your Evaluation includes the following:
|
| 1. We will give you an introduction our programs
and answer any questions you may have. We will also
review your medical history. |
| 2. We will take a few simple measurements to see
where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't
care what the measurements show. It's strictly for
a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other
information will be held in the strictest confidence.

| 3. We will record your weight and measure your
body fat percentage, take your pictures for pre
and post assessment and for assessing your posture.
Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to
be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised
if you see a 3-8% reduction in your body fat over
the four weeks! |
| 4. You will receive your online Welcome Packet
and Boot Camp T-shirt. and water bottle. |

Where
is my camp?
Your camp location is on your calendar page
and will be emailed to you with your welcome package along
with your trainers email and phone number. BE SURE TO CHECK
YOUR EMAIL that you gave when you signed up. As well make
sure you fill out your location and time in the drop down
menus in your registration.
What do I need to bring to camp?
For women please bring one set of 5 and 8 lb. hand weights,
for men please bring 5 and 10lb hand held weights, and any
type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water until
you get a water bottle from us to keep yourself hydrated during
camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves
or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion...even
if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What if I sign up for the two or three-day plan and then
want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many Women and Men realize how fun and
convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days.
In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp
the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply
be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more
days.
Will
I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-5 days. After
that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process
that lets you improve! As a fitness trainer for 20 years my
team will give you many versions of the same exercise. Depending
on your fitness level.
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little
push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some
exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a
better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final including multiple months of boot camp.
We can, however, give you a credit towards another boot camp.
This credit is nontransferable.
What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different
to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight
training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope
each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a
different location. It's always an adventure, and you'll always
have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and
"core stability."
How
soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three
days. "Visual Improvement" can take from two to
four weeks depending on your effort level. It's becoming common
to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first
camp. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
You can get re-measured and tested to show your progress and
success in the program. Many (up to 80%) of the campers return
for a second and even third camp.
Should I consider going to camp to get all of my fat weight
off of me?
Almost all of our sign ups sign up for 3-6 months altogether.
They realize that getting the weight off and getting in shape
is really a challenge for them. Some of our clients have joined
for 2 years or more. They just see the value in investing
in their fitness and health program. Once you get in shape
its pretty easy to stay there after but getting there is the
challenge.
