Why
is our camp different?
You
will benefit from the 2 motivational coaching calls by Master
Certified Life Coach Allan H. Fine. Allan Hold his Certification
from the Coach Institute. This is not some weekend lifecoaching
course, but a 1 year intensive program. Allan
has been a practicing lifecoach since 2004. As well, this
is the only program of its kind in Canada, no other Boot Camp
program on the market includes any kind of professional Coaching
to help their clients succeed.
What is coaching? Its the process of helping you develop the
skills to get things done. Like have you ever noticed that
many, I mean many people know how to lose weight. Have you
also noticed that knowing how to lose weight and actually
losing weight are two different things.
The
mind is one of the most misunderstood organs in our bodies.
There is a strong direct link and correlation between the
mind and body. How much do we work on training our minds.
This shows up when no matter what we do we can't seem to overcome
some obstacle in our lives.
I have trained many clients who have mastered many areas of
their lives and yet can't seem to overcome their fitness or
eating habits. I am happy to say that this program can and
does all of that and more.
Another theory I subscribe to is that there is a mind-body
or brain-body connection because they are one and the same.
It is simply that we do not always know how to make them communicate
effectively. The brain needs the heart to bring it oxygen-rich
blood, while the heart needs the brain to feed it information
to do so.
In
sports and physical activity, this is brought to a whole new
level. You may have an incredible physical talent and ability
but, when the mind isn't’t trained to deliver the final
blow, the fight may never be won. It’s much more than
telling yourself, “I can do it! I can do it!”
It’s more of a mind set and a skill that will only come
with time and practice. Mental fitness comes in different
forms: determination, focus, persistence, insight, and the
ability to listen to your body and hear what it’s telling
you. Now is the time to take a look at these various aspects
to see what may be lacking as well as which ones are strong.
Why are they lacking? Why are they strong? When and how did
I acquire these skills? Take a moment to understand them because
they are the elements to optimal fitness!"

the first two weeks of your program you will be on a telecall
to to teach you all aboutyour boot camp program and make sure
you have the nutrition information .. Through our back end

Depending upon your desire and needs, FBCC
coaching sessions are normally provided weekly, . The sessions
are generally 45min - 1 HR in duration and are conducted via
the telephone. . An Email check-in is required 24 hrs before
a session, outlining any breakthroughs since the last session,
current concerns, new goals, and questions you might have
of me. Together we monitor your progress, assess outcome,
and tweak the plan, if necessary. Positive thinking is stressed;
sinking thinking is defeated.
