Note: this manual is designed for a 11-17 year old' camp in which the participants are specifically training to improve athletic performance, tone up and lose weight if necessary. Thus, the workouts may be too advanced for a general fitness camp or for children new to exercise.  We do offer workouts for the general fitness camp in the start-up manual.
