Allan
H. Fine is Certified Life Coach and a
NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers) trainer.
Allan Teaches the 530 am Bowness/Mount Pleasant location
5 days a week. Allan is the boot camp program designer
and has been a certified personal trainer for over 20
years now. Allan’s philosophy is simple– "The
Mind and Body are connected, they both have to work well
and together to achieve success" Quality, not Quantity
is important and intensity
versus duration. For Fitness he is a firm believer in
body composition testing to ensure quick and ongoing results.
Allan brings He brings over Nineteen years of experience
in the health and fitness industry and a passion for helping
others pursue and achieve their goals while effectively
leading them.

Jan
Callangan - Her clarity in pursuing a personal training
career came from her passion from helping other people.
This has been a natural progression from a lifetime
of participation in sports and fitness. She has been
blessed with the many benefits that this type of lifestyle
brings. Through her experience as a trainer her clients
have been inspired to change their lifestyles and love
it!
Now it is her mission to share and inspire people to
reap the same benefits. Being fit opens many doors which
were once closed. As fitness levels improve clients
notice their natural tendency towards more active lifestyles
outside the club. As part of an active lifestyle Jan
actively participates in badminton, swimming, volleyball
and skiing all of which have been an integral part of
her life.
Jan makes things happen! She is highly motivated to
ensure her clients not only meet, but go beyond their
fitness objectives. She believes in challenging her
clients and being a great coach by holding clients accountable
to their nutrition and health goals. Training with Jan,
you can expect to feel stronger, more energized, and
get the advantages of better sleep. Success is seeing
her clients lives transform.

Amanda
Barron is a certified personal trainer with the National
Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT), and presently
owns and operates three of our Boot Camps in Calgary,
AB. Amanda has always enjoyed an active lifestyle participating
in numerous sports throughout the years. She actively
participates in snow boarding, wake boarding, running
(completed the Melissa’s 10km Road Race 2007) and
hiking in the mountains with her dog. Amanda relates to
her clients with a personal note, and creates an open
environment for learning and growth at any level. Amanda
owns, and instructs the Shawnessy, Downtown Noon and Downtown
Evening Classes. |
Blaine
Meller teaches the Calgary N.E. Location and Teen Power
Hour. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National
Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and owns and
operates TEEN POWER HOUR, a one-of-a kind program of fitness,
nutrition and motivation for youth ages 11-17 and the
Winston Heights evening adult boot camp. In addition,
Blaine will be receiving his certifications in Fitness
Theory and Resistance Training from the Alberta Fitness
Leadership Certification Association (AFLCA), and certification
in Sports Nutrition through NFPT. Additionally, he is
certified in First Aid and CPR Heart saver, Level 'C'.
Through personal experience, he understands the positive
effects that exercise and proper nutrition can have on
conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol
and diabetes. As co-winner of the latest BIGGEST WINNER
BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE, he has a unique insight into the challenges
facing people entering a weight loss program, especially
in the areas of nutrition and motivation, and he is dedicated
and laser focused on getting people to their fitness goals.
Blaine enjoys participating in a number of sports, including
basketball, volleyball, hockey, martial arts, badminton,
golf, tennis and weight training, but is most passionate
about his wife and son. Blaine's approach to personal
training is one of motivation, positive reinforcement
and having people prove to themselves they can achieve
ANYTHING. Remember, the time for changing you life starts
now and with Blaine, success is the ONLY option.
Marsha
Meller is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National
Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) and owns and
operates TEEN POWER HOUR, a one-of-a kind program of fitness,
nutrition and motivation for youth ages 11-17. She also
runs a 5:30 Am Boot camp in Northeast Calgary. Marsha has
enjoyed participating in Martial Arts throughout the past
10 years. She teaches grappling to children ages 5-13. She
has also competed in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grappling, and
Kickboxing. She is also certified in First Aid and CPR Heart
saver, Level 'C'. After gaining 60 lbs over the last four
years, She decided to change her lifestyle and joined BIGGEST
WINNER BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE. After winning the challenge,
she decided to become a personal trainer to assist people
entering a weight loss program. In addition, she has started
running in races in Calgary and wishes to compete in a triathlon
in the next 4 years. She has the personal experience to
know what it takes to improve your fitness level, lose body
fat, and generally feel better about one’s self.
Shawn
MacLachlan will be your trainer at the Tuscany location
for 5:30 am and 6:00 pm. Shawn is a competative curling
champion and has played and qualified in many World Curling
Tour events such as, "The Bear Mountain Curling Classic
in Victoria", "I love New York in Utica New
York", "Saskatoon Point optical", "Players
Championship" in Nova Scotia and many more, as well
as winning the Meyers Norris Penny classic in Medicine
Hat. Shawn also enjoys playing competative Baseball in
Calgary as well as having a spot in the Victoria Seals
ball team. He still is competing in both curling and baseball
at a high level. He Certified Personal Trainer through
the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT).
Shawns motto is " Always give it your best no matter
what it's for and you will always be a champion "
