Generally, you should bring two sets of dumbells ( 5's and 8's for women
and 5's and 10's for men),a mat and water
As well make sure your wearing layers as you will get warm but make start off cooler.

Our Clients see spectacular results, with most seeing 5-10lbs of fat lost every 30 days.
Of course they have to follow our eating plan, which is a "Lifestyle Change Plan" Not a Diet!
So that's another way our Boot Camp Program is very different. We DO provide a detailed Nutritional plan and ongoing motivational coaching as a way of supporting you. The other companies don't.

No Problem, if you want to upgrade your package we will simply Pro-Rate it for you.
In fact most of our clients come for 6 months to 1 year. After all if you really want to make a lifestyle change it's not going to happen in only 4-6 weeks.

We recommend eating something small before coming to any of our 5:30AM boot camp classes. Like 1/2 a banana and a TBSPN of Peanut butter or 1/2 a small protein shake.
Just so your not totally empty and starving but by no means full at all.
If your coming to a afternoon or evening class you should be eating one of your actual meals and finishing it 90 minutes before your camp starts.
This is VERY important, 90 minutes!!!

Measuring Body Fat is very important!
Let's say you lose 10lbs of weight in your program, is it muscle or body fat?
You don't want to lose 10lbs of lean muscle do you, how would you know if you body's composition isn't being measured?

Let's say in going for a 6 month program. If your not getting reliable feedback every 30 days you could lose almost all your weight from muscle not fat!
As well don't you want to get feed back and be accountable so your program works, our program does that so you see great results.

This all depends if its your first or second trimester.
We don't recommend it for the second or third trimester

If you didn't have any complications with your pregnancy then usually the rule of thumb is 6 weeks post pardum.
Please however check with your physician before starting this or any other exercise program.

Yes, almost any fitness level can join as long as you can move!
We are happy to have you in our very SAFE program, We do have your safety in mind.
We will push you to your safe limit and we will get you there at your pace.

Yes all our FBCC trainers are certified fitness Professionals.

Since we can only hold so many spots per camp, all sales are final including multiple months of boot camp.
We can, however, give you a credit towards another boot camp. This credit is generally nontransferable, we do make exceptions for medical reasons on a case by case basis.

If you sign up for 4 week package and want to upgrade to a 5 days a week program or multiple months of Boot Camp we think that's great. We'll just pro-rate your package and charge you the difference.
As well any package or program can be put on payments on a credit card. We feel money should NEVER stop any one from getting in shape and changing their lives. We are 100% committed to you!

We require a minimum of 5 people per camp for a class to be run.
On the rare occasion this is not met we may ask you to join a nearby location or another time zone.

We run all our camps in the late fall , winter and early spring indoors.
So don't worry about freezing, unlike other camps were indoors!

We suggest you always wear layers so as you heat up you can remove them.
